Elda Neyis Mosquera, aka Karina, was the only guerrilla woman to have led a Front. She was a romantic, idealistic and loving woman. But when she went to court, she was charged with atrocious crimes. However, things could have happened differently. She could have married and had children with Daniel, a fellow guerrilla. But Elda decided to follow the orders of his superiors and killed him because he was an infiltrator. Since then, she struggles to find forgiveness.

Two children are imprisoned by the jihadists and hidden in a village while terrorists prepare the conditions for transfer them to the Algerian desert. A group of Spanish Special Forces from the Army is sent to rescue them. To success in the mission the captain and the sniper have put aside their differences, blame and resentment and collaborate together.

Vargas, a 54 year old man, gets out of jail in the province of Corrientes, Argentina. Once released, he wants to find his now adult daughter, who lives in a swampy and remote area. A deep mystery surrounds him.

Amparo, a mysterious woman, offers a large payment to quickly cremate a young woman named Lucia. When the funeral home owners refuse, they later discover the body has vanished and, in panic, give Amparo another person’s ashes instead. She pays and leaves, unaware that this mistake will lead the undertakers into the worst trouble of their lives.

Camila, after a couple of months of the loss of her parents, continues to mourn during the Day of the Dead, the colorful and festive traditions do not do justice to the loneliness and helplessness.
